How does the application process for FietsZeker insurance for Fatbikes and Cargobikes with track & trace work?<\/strong>
When you buy your bike or e-bike in the shop, you can decide to have the bike fitted with a Tracefy track & trace system (if this is not already fitted by the manufacturer). Then, when picking up or ordering the bike, you can also indicate to the bicycle specialist whether the bike should be insured. The bicycle specialist can apply for a FietsZeker insurance for you. Please note that in the case of a FietsZeker theft insurance for Fatbikes and Cargobikes, it is always compulsory to take out track & trace bicycle insurance. A tracking subscription must also be activated; with Tracefy this is included as standard.<\/p>

What should I do if my Fatbike or Cargobike with track and trace is stolen?<\/strong>
When your bike is unexpectedly stolen, it is important to take immediate action. Consider: 1. Immediately report your bike as stolen in the Tracefy app.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>2. Report it directly to the police (fortunately, this can be done online). Is the bike still not found after 72 hours? If so, contact FietsZeker.
