There are many insurance companies in the Netherlands, each offering a variety of policies. We have created an overview that provides insight into which insurers have the jusite offer for your e-bike.

To insure your electric (cargo) bike at all, most insurers require you to a KIWA SCM-approved GPS tracker<\/a> into your bicycle. You can have this done at almost any bike shop in the Netherlands. The obligation<\/strong> applies mainly to electric cargo bikes from \u20ac3,500 and all electric bikes from \u20ac4,500.<\/p>

It is important that your GPS tracker activated<\/strong><\/span> is. It may be that the insurer does not pay out if there is no active subscription<\/span><\/strong> linked to the GPS tracker.
