Tracefy PRO
The Tracefy PRO is our most advanced GPS tracker. Because this tracker is connected to the e-bike's power supply, you always have a real-time location. During use of the bike, the PRO sends a GPS location at least 5 times per minute to enable real-time tracking. If the bike is not used, the PRO will share a location every 12 hours.
Geofence
Through the Tracefy PRO app, a geofence can be turned on based on the current location of the bike. The geofence has a radius of 100m. If the bike leaves or arrives in this geozone, a notification is sent to the Tracefy PRO app user about this. You can then easily report it via the app in case of theft and the Tracefy tracking service will immediately start working for you. In addition, the app offers even more useful functionalities. Such as access to all driven routes, distances and other ride data. This gives you not only bike security but also a bike computer that is always on.
Installation
The PRO tracker should be installed by one of our specialised dealers. Use the dealer locator to find a dealer near you. Our recommended retail price for the PRO (excluding installation and connector) is €199.

Tracefy Shop
With the Tracefy PRO you can always see the location of your e-bike in real time. This tracker is invisibly connected to the power supply of the e-bike. You can also view your rides and get a notification on your phone when your bike starts moving.
In case of theft, you can report it in the Tracefy PRO app. Our detection partner will then take immediate action to find your beloved e-bike. Our tracking service works in the Netherlands and Belgium. The location of your e-bike is visible throughout Europe, useful if you are camping in France, for example. The Tracefy PRO is Kiwa SCM certified and is accepted by almost all insurers in the Benelux.
