We are the only company in Europe to offer a complete and sustainable GPS solution; our service not only provides a super-strong bike GPS tracker, but also includes an app that allows you to keep track of your bike's location at all times. And has it run off anyway? Then you can count on support from our specialised tracking service, which will arrange for it to be returned to you. For this, we work with a number of partners and our own bike detectives. In addition, you sometimes get a discount on your bike insurance if your bike is equipped with Tracefy bike security.
HOW DOES TRACEFY GPS PROTECTION WORK?
- You can buy the Tracefy GPS tracker from one of the Tracefy affiliated dealers. We find it important that our GPS tracker is always installed correctly. Therefore, this should always be done at a bike shop. We therefore also do not deliver directly to consumers. Our recommended retail price is €199 for the PRO and €129.95 for the SOLO. The GPS tracker is invisibly built into your bike.
- Go to the App store or Google play store and download the "Tracefy" SOLO or PRO app
- Register your bike via the frame number, choose the subscription you want and pay via the app
TRACEFY DETECTION
Through the app, you can choose a 1, 3 or 5-year subscription. If you choose 5 years, you pay the least per year.
In case of theft, you can fall back on a specialised tracking service to recover your bike. You activate this service with the report button "my bike has been stolen" in the Tracefy app. We always recommend taking out bike insurance in addition.
Through the Tracefy PRO/SOLO app, the user can easily report the bike as missing. After this report, the user has to report the theft to the police. The report number should then be shared with the Tracefy detection team. After the report, the user gets direct contact with the Tracefy control room.
Always connected via Tracefy's app
With Tracefy's app, you are always virtually connected to your bike and can see where your bike is, among other things. But the app offers many more handy features. For instance, you get a notification when your bike is moved, you have access to all routes ridden, distances, etc. And is your bike stolen? Then you can easily report it via the app and the detection service will get to work.
