Customer support & recovery medewerker (40 uur) – Rijswijk

Bij Tracefy draait geen dag hetzelfde en dat is precies wat deze baan zó leuk maakt. Terwijl je het ene telefoongesprek afrond komt er alweer een nieuwe email binnen of wordt er een fietsdiefstal gemeld.
Kortom: jij houdt het hoofd koel in de chaos en zorgt dat alles soepel loopt mét een glimlach
What will you do?
- Per mail en telefoon bied jij eerste-lijns technische ondersteuning aan klanten.
- Vanuit kantoor speur je mee naar gestolen fietsen, soms zelfs ’s avonds of in het weekend (heldenwerk!)
- Je onderhoud het contact met de dealers en zorgt ervoor dat zij altijd genoeg van onze producten in huis hebben.
- Ook verstuur je dagelijks bestellingen naar een van onze 1100 dealers in de BeNeLux.

- Je spreekt én schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

About Tracefy and the team
Tracefy is a Dutch tech company specialising in GPS solutions for electric bikes and scooters. We do this by making cycling more fun, smarter and safer. We also like to roll up bicycle theft gangs. We provide GPS technology for various delivery services, consumers and mobility companies. Bike manufacturers use the Tracefy solution to offer 'connected' e-bikes and, in addition, consumers can also have our GPS bike security installed in their e-bikes at one of Tracefy's affiliated dealers. Tracefy develops both the GPS hardware and software in-house.
Besides hard work, we also consider sociability very important. We have an informal working atmosphere and have a nice lunch together every day. We also have drinks almost every Friday afternoon and have regular outings.
Where?
Our home base is 'the Pilot'. De Loods is a cool collective building housing various (tech) companies. You will find De Loods in the Plaspoelpolder in Rijswijk, bordering The Hague and Delft. This high-profile location is centrally located, making it easily accessible by public transport, bicycle and car.
